Most surgeries are performed under local anesthesia with IV sedation, meaning you’ll be awake but very relaxed and comfortable during your procedure. To create a calming atmosphere, Dr. Maleki will even play your favorite music.
In the operating room, our skilled team will prioritize your safety and well-being throughout the procedure. After surgery, you’ll be monitored closely as you recover in a calm and relaxing environment before being discharged with detailed aftercare instructions.

I recently went to Dr Maleki for a lower blepharoplasty, fat transfer and C02 laser. I had three consults with other surgeons, and I chose Dr.Maleki above the rest due to his vast knowledge, his ease and confidence when explaining the procedure, cleanliness of the clinic and an all around modern way of going about the procedure. I drove all the way from Ottawa to have this procedure which was totally worth it for me. I am 6 months post op and my procedure was totally non-incidental, healing was a breeze, my under eyes are smooth, and no more hideous fat prolapses! I want to say thank you to the team at Toronto Eyelid for taking great care of me over the months! I’ll be back for some Botox next week ;-)

I had eyelid surgery done with Dr. Babak Maleki a year ago, and I can’t recommend him and his whole team enough. Dr. Maleki and his team are professional yet so approachable. A special thanks to Josephine, who is incredibly down-to-earth and knowledgeable, making the whole experience even better. Post-op, the follow-ups were thorough. They kept a close eye on my recovery, making sure I was healing properly and addressing any issues or questions I had along the way. Recovery was definitely a journey, requiring patience more than anything. It took about a year to see the final results, but it was worth every moment of waiting. The transformation was significant and natural-looking, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.
